I had heard very good things and tried out Eden for the first time today. I was NOT disappointed. The wrap I got, the Desperado, was delicious. It tasted as fresh as advertised and was a good sized portion. The Desperado came with a chipotle lime dressing that was awesome. It will be difficult to get anything else the next time I go but I look forward to exploring more of the menu.

This is my favorite spot in Orlando for a quick, easy, delicious lunch. Whether you get a wrap or salad you can always count on fresh ingredients, fast friendly service and a happy stomach that you finally feed it some veggies! They have a great menu of options or create your own. My favorites are the BLT and the Caesar. There aren't a whole lot of healthy options to grab a quick bite, so I'm glad Eden's has stuck around.

We found this place simply by typing in the keywords "healthy lunch places in Orlando," and they certainly did not disappoint! AWESOME PLACE! It is so tucked in I hardly knew it was there. The staff is super friendly. The dining area was nice and open. But the food is definitely what I want to rave over. It was so fresh and clean. I am very happy about finding this spot. Not to mention how cheap the prices are; especially for the quality and amount of food you receive. Can't say enough positive things about this place. Thank you for a great and yummy lunch! See you again real soon!

This place should be called the Garden of Eden! I probably eat a wrap or salad from Edens 2 - 3 times a week regularly. I eat there so much that the last time I went they gave me a "Familiar Faces" card to earn a free wrap or sub on my 10th purchase. They have all fresh salad toppings and a wide selection of cheese and deli meat. If you get fancy you might spend $10 tops. Pretty great trade for a healthy guilt free lunch. I would probably live at Edens if they let me!

Was very impressed with their selection (and you can customize as you wish)! I'm a hearty eater and the large wrap was very filling for lunch. (Didn't eat dinner until after 7pm.) Highly recommend Edens' Fresh.

Ive disliked wraps my entire life, especially those with a TON of lettuce in them.... but OH MY GOODNESS...... these were AMAZING!! Im hooked on Edens fresh wraps and the fact that they offer boars head meat is the cherry on top. The variety of wraps is incredible. You can choose from 11 pre-made wraps. They range from a mexican style Desperado to a fresh and summery Daisy. Or from a classic ceaser to an italian driven Capone. With 36 different toppings and 12 dressings you can choose from theres so ending so your creative mind in making your ultimate healthy wrap. They also have healthy sides such as pita and hummus and offer other snacks like sunchips and ms vickies kettle cooked chips. I have to say The Chitwood is my absolute favorite: romaine lettuce, crushed granola, dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, swapped gorgonzola for feta, and walnuts raspberry vinagrette + boars head honey maple turkey. It is the pinnacle of summer freshness! The splash of mandarin oranges with the sweet and tart raspberry vinagrette and touch of feta and crunch of granola (or almonds) just makes my mouth water thinking about it!

I eat here very frequently. Prices are ok as long as you don't go crazy with toppings. I must say my favorites are the dude wrap and the Lebanon salad. I usually get a small wrap and I'm pretty satisfied with the portion size. They have a frequent buyer card that gives you a free wrap or salad after 10 (I think). Very friendly staff

I can't say I am one to typically choose salad as my first option for dining out lunch or dinner. However, my exposure to Eden's Fresh Co. has really changed that. I have been to Crisper's and other similar spots, however, I don't seek them out like I have done now at Eden's. I love the menu. I love the restaurant concept. All ingredients are freshly prepared, they use Boar's Head meats. The menu lists wonderfully paired options that you can get either as a wrap or as a salad. The portions are so very generous- which is a good thing! Don't be put off by choosing "small". Its not like a typical "side salad" size. Their small is definitely a meal sized portion. This place should redefine fast food. You order, watch it prepared (kinda in a Subway fashion) and either to go or dine in. I must say I felt real hip and healthy as I chowed down on my salad in the restaurant. Such a sense of well-being overwhelmed me knowing I was eating fresh, supporting a local business and getting satisfied with a salad.

Affordable and fresh. Nice service. Very sparse decor. Counter service makes your salad on the spot and you can grab your own soda or tea.

Wraps are good. They are like tiny little plates of food surrounded by a warm tortilla. Eden's was a cool little spot, the decor inside is very spartan (as previous Yelpers have mentioned) but clean and bright. But my experience with the staff was pleasant. The gentleman noticing I have never been here before politely walked me though ordering and served me up some foil wrapped goodness known as the "Derby". Yes it was a little higher priced, but hey its an independent joint and I found the $8.75 spent well worth it. It was balanced, filling and fresh. My only suggestion is instead of packing up all the food in a throwaway carton (regardless if you are staying of going) offer a plate that you can wash an reuse.

This place is located close by my office so a friend of mine and I tried it out for lunch one day. We both had the Athena salad. All the ingredients were fresh and it was a generous portion. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the chicken was like sliced lunch meat instead of actual chicken, but other than that I was pretty happy with my lunch :) will definitely be back!

Probably the best salad you can get away from home! I stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon in the middle of lunch around 12:30 PM. I was craving a salad and I was more than pleased upon entering to discover that you can pretty much get a salad anyway you want. Step up to the counter and you'll see a large menu board with 11 or so "featured recipes". I opted for the "Daisy" which is a summer salad including spring mix, mandarin oranges, strawberries, almonds, sunflower seeds and a light raspberry vinaigrette along with honey maple turkey provided by Boars Head. Because I'm allergic I got mine minus sunflower seeds which was no problem, because the two gentlemen behind the counter actually mix up the salad as you order it. And when I say mix, I mean mix! They make up the salad exactly the way you would do it at home with fresh ingredients all piled into a large bowl along with the dressing and then they shake it up real good so that all of the bits and pieces melding together for awesome flavor. These guys are definitely pros and by the time I moved the 5 feet down the counter space to the checkout, my salad was already waiting for me in a chilled bowl. Payment is easy with cash or all major credit cards and is handled on a tablet run by Square Trade so you can get emailed a receipt if you need one like I do for my expenses. As a side note everything that they have available as a salad can also be treated as a wrap. Additionally, you can choose to make your own salad using an extensive list of items a wide variety of dressings and an assortment of Boars Head protein including honey maple turkey, Buffalo chicken, mesquite turkey, lemon pepper chicken and smoked chicken. They also have pita chips and hummus along with some sun chips or Mrs. Vicki's kettle chips for those people getting a wrap. Drinks are reasonably priced at $1.30 for fountain drinks or iced tea. There is seating inside in air-conditioning with assorted hightop tables low top tables deuces and four tops. There's also seating outside with a couple of picnic benches and umbrellas. The pricing is incredible I got a small salad which was actually quite large for $5.09 plus $2.10 for the protein. Large salads are $5.78. This is incredibly reasonable and competitive. If I had to place a wager, I'd venture to say that this particular establishment with four locations already scattered around Orlando will eventually go nation and maybe even worldwide. Yes, it's that good!
(5)Isabel B.
This place is nothing special. Food was alright. When ordering a salad though, large and medium are basically the same size, it just looks bigger on the plate. Don't think I will be coming back.
(2)Kaia T.
I come here often for lunch pickup during the week. Atmosphere (4/5): it's very clean and you can see the food being made in front of you. They could do a better job with putting more tables and chairs. Also, having plastic wear available for customers next to the napkins and condiments. Service (3/5): the service is ok. I normally call 15 minutes ahead to place my order. Whenever I arrive, they are never finished making my food even if I am the only customer being served. I have had to ask them to toss my salad with all the fixings numerous times, even when I ask for this via phone. Food (5/5): the food is great. It's always fresh which is why I continue coming back.
(4)Jose M.
This place is great I'm a big fan of sweet tomatos but here somehow it feels like it's fresher they don't let it sit around and they give you a nice cold plate! Defiantly coming back. I had the derby because I love blue cheese and the serving size is huge! I highly recommend it.
(5)Brittany C.
I was really excited to get a healthy lunch here today but must say I was a little disappointed. We both got large salads that should have been more than enough food at a usual lunch spot however we both walked away still feeling hungry. The culprit would have to be the skimpy amount of protein that I paid extra to add to my salad. It was was just sliced lunch meat shredded in chucks. I would say my meal was average overall--not bad food just disappointing. I'd possibly go again, but it's not first on my list.
(3)Mark N.
This place is perfect for catering business lunches! I called them from out of town as I was hosting a business lunch in Orlando. They were helpful and polite. Their food was outstanding and very reasonably priced. Great job guys!
(5)Gar G.
Subway if Subway did raps. Also some of the decisions strike as a first-time business owner. They have menu items on the wall with full descriptions and into descriptions is a meat or as a call "protein". which two additional dollars are added for the protein that's in the menu description. A better way to do this is just have it included as it is in the menu and if you subtract the meet then you get two dollars off. It's a much better customer facing way of doing it as well the customer won't feel like there at the airline being nickeled and dimed for there carry-on. They also have a horrible idea of wrapping their wraps in aluminum foil then cutting them in half leaving small shards of aluminum throughout the rap.

Great place for something fresh, healthy, tasty, and inexpensive in Orlando/Winter Park. They have tons of ingredients for you to build your own salad or wrap (pretty much the only things on the menu). They have about 15 or 20 salads/wraps on the menu to get you started, but you can tweak or start from scratch as well. Protein options include Boars Head deli meats. Veggies are fresh and tasty.
(5)Brynson S.
Great place for healthy relatively inexpensive food. The salads and wraps are great!

Please change your sign indicating you DELIVER. When I called your store the person that answered said you do catering delivery only. Catering is defined as a delivery service so that is a given. Your street sign is mis-leading. Please change your sign because you DO NOT deliver.

If you don't feel like reading a whole review, know this: Eden Fresh Co is an amazign lunch option for the Winter Park lunch crowd and they deliver! I ordered from Eden for the first time yesterday after seeing that they delivered passing the restaurant on my way in to work. After looking at the menu online I was sold. This is my lunch spot. They have a ton of options for salads and wraps, and if you can't find something you like, you can always make your own with enough "tossings" and dressings to make your head spin. Salads with this many options could never be boring. I ordered the Athena as a wrap with protein ($4.85 plus $2.00). This is a greek-style salad with the usual kalamata olives, romaine, tomatoes, feta and greek vinagrette, but they add in green peppers and snow peas for a nice crunch. The protein, lemon pepper chicken was a perfect flavor compliment and the size I ordered (small) was perfectly sized. I also ordered a side of hummus with the garlic parmesan pita chips. ($2.10) When I placed the order, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly helpful. She let me know there was no minimum for delivery to my Orange Ave. office(!!!) and even helped me decide on which size wrap I should get. She said the large wrap was a tad smaller than a Chipotle burrito and probably better suited for a guy with a bigger appetite. I was really impressed with how quickly my order was delivered. I was promised it would arrive in 30-45 minutes, but it was closer to 25 when the guy showed up at my desk. Plug ins to their iPhones allowed me to pay with my debit card and my co-worker to pay cash for his lunch. They give you the option of receiving your receipt via email. The customer service was impeccable, the delivery super fast and the taste of the wrap was amazing. My only complaint is that the size of the hummus they give you is very small, and comes in a 2 oz to-go portion cup. Had I known it was that small I probably would not have paid for it as a side. If the flavor was exceptional, then maybe. The flavor was good, but it's just plain chickpea flavor.

Whenever I am going to the Orlando area I look forward to grabbing a delicious salad at Eden's. My personal favorites are the Samarui and the Daisy but sometimes I make my own. By far the freshest salad I've had in the area. Served on a chilled plate is an extra bonus. Awesome salad for a great price.

I went to Eden's first time this past Monday 02/11/12. I chose the ATHENA wrap. I was sick as a dog afterwards. Food poisoning. Not going to describe symptoms here but I had the bug for at least 24 hours. Be aware because if a place does not cook hot meals, they have to be extremely careful with cleanliness and provide fresh ingredients, otherwise bacteria is easily spread.
(1)Enrico M.
Pretty much everything here is fantastic!
(5)Denise D.
It want bad for what it was - salads and wraps. Large portions were good, especially since its in the pricey side. I was extremely disappointed that the supposedly "blazing" chicken had no sauce at all on it.
(3)Annette G.
Yeeeeeah.... not so much. I stopped in for a light lunch after the WP Arts festival and while the salad options looked enticing, the overall execution failed. Most of my Greek salad was made up of greens, and the greens were mostly going brown. The guy at the counter was more on the surly side than friendly, definitely not the right attitude for a light bright lunch place. Also, he didn't wear gloves when preparing my food. Gross. The place itself is lacking in the decor as well. It's like, trying to be funky but also modern, but ends up more sterile and uncomfortable. Not a terrible option if you're in the mood for big ass salad. They offer boar's head meats and soups, so that's a plus. But you know... so does Publix.
(2)Dawn G.
Ate at Eden's Fresh yesterday for lunch and was very impressed. I don't particularly care for wraps since they tend to be full of lots of iceburg lettuce and not enough protein. I was pleasantly surprised with my lunch! I had the Daisy which on a hot August day was quite refreshing. The nice of mix of turkey, fresh strawberries and the light raspberry vinaigrette was really delicious. Would definitely stop by again!
(4)Kelley I.
This is one of my favorite places to get a salad. The salads are a pretty good size and they have such a variety. If you're not feeling like a salad...all of the salads can be ordered as a wrap. My favorites are Samuri, Desperado, and the Dude. The only downside is they use deli meat instead of real meat. I realize this probably keeps cost down, but I am just not a fan of deli meat. If only they had soft serve this place would be amazing! Check it out the next time you're in Winter Park and for an even better meal get it to go and take your salad or wrap to Central Park.
(4)Missi M.
I love Edens. I love making my own salad and that they use boars head!
(4)Shawn V.
Good food and good vibe. Vegetarian friendly. I'll be back.
(4)tiffany w.
Meh, this place is O.K. at best. I was excited to try it, but was not happy with the result. It's a little over priced.
(2)Jeff O.
This privately owned wrap shop sits right near the intersection of Mills and Orange Avenue. (Near Winnie's and Jimmy John's) They feature lots of wraps with interesting/gourmet ingredients. Every wrap is named something creative like 'The Daisy', 'The Samarai', or 'The Athena'. I tried The Desperado which is a tex mex style wrap. It was okay. Dafe got The Chitwood. I think he liked it, but he didn't rave about it. This place has some good things going for it, but it needs some interior rearrangement. It feels stale or something in there. Too much open floor space, and the small tables are shoved against the wall. Nice colors, menu layout on the wall and a friendly staff that aims to please. Prices are so-so for the area.
(3)Justin C.
Great healthy place for lunch. All the salads are offered as wraps if you rather have a 'sandwich' type lunch instead of a salad. You can also participate in a 'frequent buyer' program that will reward you with a free salad / wrap once you fill the card up. They take payments via iPad, so you get a digital receipt instead of a paper one. Sometimes this will completely rock the world of the person paying in front of you and will cause the line to build up like I-4 traffic. "Gawsh, com-pooters shure r kewl." I always get the large Desperado salad, without onions and olives and I'm not even an Eagles fan. All the other reviews are on point about Eden's, so I will add something they haven't. The parking. This place gets busy at lunch time and they share their parking lot with Jimmy John's, a nail salon, and a Chinese restaurant. So, parking can be difficult sometimes. Well, a lot actually. Be prepared to battle the Winter Park ladies tennis crowd, Rollins Students, and Florida Hospital big wigs for a parking spot while you are trying to duck the Jimmy John's drivers that are trying to live up to their fast delivery marketing campaign and will take you out if you are not careful. P.S. The Wi-Fi ain't free, it's locked. Just sayin'. There's a TV that usually has ESPN on.
(4)Brendan R.
Eden's wraps are delicious, healthy, and they use fresh high-quality ingredients. You can build your own wrap, but they've done a great job coming up with some wrap combinations, my favorites are Athena (Greek) and Desperado (Southwest). The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean and has a modern feel to it, highly recommend.
(5)Alicia M.
Today was my first time at Eden and I highly recommend had the impression when I walked in that I would be forced to eat rabbit food but was pleasantly surprised. Portions were largish and there was the option of adding meat for us carnivores. Slightly disappointed that the dressing was not made in house but the hummus fresh as can be so I was a happy camper in the end. Thanks to the friendly staff who helped me navigate the menu. I ordered a small Dude salad and it was very tasty.
(4)Beth S.
Really delicious wraps that are a bit different from the standard fare at other restaurants. I love the Greek wrap, and the idea that they have lots of different ingredients at the wrap station that they can add for you, kind of like how you order at subway. I am hoping they open one in St. Petersburg one day, until then I will keep stopping in for this treat when business brings me to Orlando.
(4)Ellen B.
Eden's delivers which is a major plus, but a major minus is that their only open until 7pm, so forget about the late night bites. With fresh ingredients and a huge selection of toppings, they make great salads; but I love that the side items include pita and hummus, pita chips, and kettle chips.
(3)cheryl R.
I used Eden's to cater an event last week at work when I was told to serve a "healthy lunch". Eden's was great to work with. There was a problem when my order was delivered (they forgot one warp) but were very quick to fix it when I called them back. They sent a driver with the missing wrap quickly. Everyone enjoyed the wraps and the luncheon was a great success. I ordered two of each on the menu and one special order wrap. The only problem was trying to decide which wrap we wanted to eat because they all looked so good.
